Mark Naumer, A&P, IA, ATP, CFII  Mark has 30 years of experience in general aviation, he started just out of high school at Colorado Aero Tech in Broomfield Colorado, while in A&P school he started flying a Cessna 150, quickly soloed and knew flying was for him.  After graduating from A&P school he moved to California and finished his private pilot rating.  Once in California he had a chance to go to Sierra Academy of Aeronautics in Oakland to get his Commercial pilot rating with instrument, multi-engine and flight instructor ratings.  Over the next several years he did flight instruction, maintenance, charter flying in California, New Mexico, Arizona, working for several part 135 operators doing maintenance and flying.

He now holds an Airline Transport pilot certificate with sea plane privileges and still does some flight instruction.  Since 1994 he has been an authorized inspector and currently working on a helicopter rating.  In 2004 he opened up Arizona Aircraft Maintenance in Lake Havasu, Arizona which has been very successful, maintaining general aviation aircraft from experimental, light sport, single engine, light and cabin class twin engine aircraft to corporate jets

Clint Rosser

Clint Rosser is co-owner and business manager for Arizona Aircraft Maintenance. Clint's first career was 20 years as a telephone company employee for Pacific Bell in Beverly Hills, CA.  Clint's interest in aviation began at the Van Nuys airport when he flew with buddy Mark Naumer on various sight seeing trips around southern California.  In 2003 the opportunity arose to build Arizona Aircraft Maintenance in beautiful Lake Havasu City, Arizona. With Clint's management experience and Mark's aviation maintenance experience the two formed a team to build a business from the ground up.
